As of September 1st 2008, Goodwin Offshore and Myles Lee will be providing a cargo consolidation and road-freight service for shipment of goods to Port Howard, Fox Bay and Hill Cove .

Until the consolidation service begins, Myles Lee will run a freight delivery service to Port Howard and Fox Bay.  Anyone interested in using this service can contact Myles on 42182 (Pt Howard), 21474 (Stanley) or 51474 (Mobile) for more information.

Rates

Rates until 30th September 2009 are as follows:

Consolidation  - £3.00 per delivery (non-applicable to goods supplied by Seafish Chandlery)

Freight - Port Howard £40.00 per cubic meter

                 Fox Bay £50.00 per cubic meter

                 Hill Cove £50.00 per cubic meter

Additional Information

•  The service does not cover very large or heavy consignments.  These can be quoted for separately by Myles

• Cargo Receiving times will be during Chandlery Shop opening hours.  Mon - Fri 8:30am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 5pm, Sun 10am - 5pm.  Please note that shippers delivering after 5 on weekdays or on the weekend may have to wait for a member of the Chandlery staff to become available.

• Each person delivering cargo will require to fill out a booking form in triplicate, one copy for the person delivering the goods, another to go with the goods and another to remain with us. 

•  Goods will be delivered to the Lower Store in Port Howard and the Transit Shed in Fox Bay.

•  Ideally persons delivering goods should ring ahead on 22714, particularly if their delivery is heavy or large or will require specific handling. 

• All invoices will be raised by Goodwin Offshore Ltd with the volume charged being that showed on the Cargo booking form

• Invoices will be either emailed or faxed to customers.

• All invoices will be put on customers Chandlery Account and payment will be due at the end of the month following that in which the invoice was raised.
