Goodwin offshore owns and manages all the land-based assets of the group, which include:
- Gordon Lines Industrial Estate
A site consisting of 6,300m2 of land with two 224m2 warehouses
- The Chandlery Estate
An estate made up of 6,100m2 of land, 380 square metres of retail and office space and three 288m2 warehouses
